Very professional office. It was my first visit and I was impressed with the up to date technology and kind staff. Dr Brummand was pleasant and thorough and showed me clearly what I needed to have done and what my priorities for order of treatment should be. But JOSH, oh my, Josh, the operations manager for the office was amazing. My husband and I had an insurance issue with two combined insurances that was uber confusing. Josh spent a lot of time researching my husband’s prior insurance billing and my upcoming one and even more time explaining it all to me with patience and humor. He helped me figure out how to get the best coverages from the two insurances and literally saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Right now he is typing up a recap of all we talked about so I won’t forget when I try to explain it to my husband. Josh is awesome!!
