I had a horrible experience at my previous dental office. They failed to complete my planned treatment, dragging out the services from early October until late November. At that time, they informed me that they didn't have time to complete my services (two one day crowns) until next year. They were fully aware that next year, my insurance would be completely different (many services would no longer be covered). In a hurried search for a new dental office, I found the College Avenue Dentistry office. Not only did they give me a quick appointment date, they agreed to use x-rays and other information/recommendations from my previous dental office (as my insurance would not cover repeat services so close together). Even though I received a deep cleaning from my previous office, other dental offices wanted to reclean my teeth. College Avenue indicated that, that was not necessary. The office staff -particularly manager, Josh and hygienist, "Bibs" were professional, knowledgeable in their positions, friendly, courteous, and polite. Information was well explained and I was made to feel very comfortable. In addition, the office is spotless.
